Questions
Do I need CrossFit experience to start?
None needed. Our Foundations program is built for people who are new to CrossFit. You'll learn the essential movements in a small group before joining regular classes — so you feel comfortable from day one on the main floor.
How fit do I need to be before I start?
You don't need to be fit to start. Every workout is scaled to where you are right now — weight, pace, range of motion. The coaches meet you where you're at and help you build from there. That's the whole point.
What does the first class actually look like?
You come in, the coach walks you through the workout and scales it to fit you, and you train with the regular members. It's a real class, not a tour or a sales pitch. Afterward you'll know exactly what CrossFit at Ridgeline is.
What time do classes run?
We run classes in the morning and evening on weekdays, plus Saturday morning classes. Reach out and we'll send you the current schedule so you can find what fits your week.
How much does membership cost?

Do you take drop-ins?
