Before Work

Early mornings, Monday–Saturday

Get it done before the day starts. Early classes run before the commute and before the kids are up. You're done training before most people are at their desks.

Lunch

Midday classes, weekdays

Rancho Bernardo's office parks are right here. Use your lunch hour to train and still have time to eat. It's an hour well spent in the middle of the day.

After Work

Late afternoons & evenings, Monday–Friday

Come straight from the office. The evening crowd is the after-work crowd — people finishing the day with a good hour of training before heading home.

Rancho Bernardo is a neighborhood full of people with full schedules — families, commuters, people who work long hours and still want to feel good in their bodies. CrossFit RB was built for that person.

The members here are parents, engineers, nurses, teachers, and contractors. Some have been doing CrossFit for years. Others started because they needed something that would stick. What they have in common is showing up — which is really the whole thing.

The coaching is consistent, the community looks after each other, and nobody here cares what shape you were in when you first walked through the door.

Questions

Do I need CrossFit experience to start?

None. Our Foundations program is built for people who are new to CrossFit. You'll learn the essential movements in a small group before joining regular classes — so when you step onto the main floor, you already feel comfortable.

How fit do I need to be before I start?

You don't need to be fit to start. Every workout is scaled to where you are right now — weight, movement, pace. We meet you where you're at and help you build from there. That's what the coaches are for.

What does the free week actually look like?

You come in, get coached through a real class, and train with regular members. We scale everything to fit you. After a week you'll have a clear picture of what CrossFit RB is and whether it works for your life. No sales pressure at the end.

What time do classes run?

We run classes before work, at lunch, and after work on weekdays, plus morning classes on Saturday. Reach out and we'll share the current schedule so you can find what fits.

How much does membership cost?
