Questions
Do I need CrossFit experience to join?
Not at all. We have a Foundations program designed specifically for people who are new to CrossFit. You'll learn the essential movements in a small group setting before stepping into the regular class floor.
How fit do I need to be before I start?
You don't. That's kind of the whole point. Every workout is scalable to where you are right now — the weight, the movement, the pace. You don't need to get fit before you come in. That's what we're here for.
What happens during my free first week?
You show up, a coach walks you through the class, and you train. We'll make sure the workout fits where you are. At the end of the week you decide if it's for you — no pressure either way.
What are the class times like?
We run classes in the morning, at midday, and in the evening to fit around normal work schedules. Reach out and we'll share the current schedule so you can find what works.
How much does membership cost?
