Ironworks is not about looking the part. It is about doing the work. The people here have jobs and schedules and things to get back to. They train because it makes everything else easier — not because they are trying to become professional athletes.
The floor is direct and the coaching is real. You will be pushed. You will be scaled when you need it. You will be expected to show up and put in the effort. That is the deal.
New members are welcome. First class nerves are normal. The only thing we ask is that you show up ready to work.

Questions
Do I need CrossFit experience to join?
No. Foundations is built for people who have never done CrossFit. You'll learn the essential movements in a coached setting before stepping into regular group classes.
How fit do I need to be before I start?
Not fit at all. Every workout is scaled to where you are right now — the weight, the movement, the pace. You don't need to prepare before coming in. That's what we're here for.
What happens during my free first class?
You show up, a coach introduces themselves, walks you through the workout, and you train. The workout will be scaled to fit where you are. No pressure, no sales pitch during class.
What are the class times?
We run classes in the morning and evening. Get in touch and we'll share the current schedule so you can find what works for your week.
How much does membership cost?
