Questions
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. Our Foundations program is built for people new to CrossFit. You'll learn the core movements in a smaller group setting before stepping into regular classes — so you feel ready, not lost.
How fit do I need to be to start?
You don't need to be fit to start. That's the point. Every workout is scalable to where you actually are — the weight, the movement, the volume. You come in as you are and build from there.
What happens during my first class?
A coach runs the whole thing. You'll warm up with the class, learn the movements, scale the workout to fit you, and train alongside everyone else. It's a real class, not a tour.
What class times do you offer?
We run classes in the morning, at midday, and in the evening. Reach out and we'll share the current schedule so you can find what fits your week.
