Questions

Do I need any CrossFit experience to join?

None at all. We have members who walked in having never done a single squat in their lives. We have a Foundations program specifically designed to bring you up to speed on the movements. You'll feel ready before you ever step into a group class.

How fit do I need to be to start?

You don't. The whole point of CrossFit is that every workout is scalable. Whatever the class is doing, we adjust the weight, the movement, and the pace to match where you are right now — not where we wish you were.

What should I expect from my first class?

A coach will walk you through the movements before the workout starts. The class will warm up together, go over the workout, and then train. Your job is to show up and listen. We handle the rest.

How much does membership cost?

Reach out and we'll walk you through the options. We keep it straightforward — no hidden fees, no weird contracts.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. Get in touch and we'll get you into a class to see what it feels like. No pitch, no pressure.

Do you offer drop-ins for visiting athletes?
